How To Mention Community Members
You or any member can tag other members in the community. The tagged individual will receive notifications on their account.
To tag someone, simply use the @ symbol and start typing the name of the member. As you are typing, you’ll see the name suggestions. Click the name you want to mention. You can mention someone in a post or in a comment.
Furthermore, you as the admin can use the @everyone tag to mention all the community members. This is only possible during a post. All members will receive notifications when you use the @everyone tag.
Upon mentions, your community members will receive notifications, push notifications in app, and also email notifications.
However, note that to avoid too many emails, only 2 emails for @everyone mention will be sent in a timespan of 24 hours.
