Track and Measure Orders with Google Tag Manager

We are excited to introduce a new feature in EzyCourse that allows admins to easily track customer orders using Google Tag Manager (GTM). This feature sends important details like Order IDs and Price IDs to GTM, enabling better insights into your sales and customer behavior.

What is it & Why do you need it

The Order Tracking feature allows you to automatically send customer order details, such as Order IDs and Price IDs, from EzyCourse to Google Tag Manager, and then to Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This means you can:

  • Track customer purchases with more precision.

  • Measure your sales performance and customer behavior.

  • Gain valuable insights into which products, courses, or marketing campaigns are generating the most revenue.

With this feature, you can optimize your business decisions by having access to reliable and actionable data.

How it Works

Once the Order Tracking feature is enabled, every time a customer makes a purchase, EzyCourse automatically captures key order details like Order IDs and Price IDs. These details are then sent to Google Tag Manager (GTM), which acts as a bridge to pass the information to Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

In GA4, the data is processed to provide valuable insights. You’ll be able to track customer purchases, view detailed analytics, and monitor the performance of specific products or services. This lets you see which courses or offers drive the most sales and make informed decisions to improve your business strategy.

In short, the feature automates the flow of purchase data from EzyCourse to GA4, giving you easy access to reports on your customer behavior and sales trends.
