New Session Controls in Non-Week Coaching Programs

What is it & why you need it

Inside your non-week based or session coaching programs, you’ll now have more options to manage the sessions and sub-sessions.

You can now add, rename, delete, and manage sessions/subsessions directly from the coaching feed. You can also mark subsessions as current or completed, helping you and your clients to keep track of progress easily.

These improvements are designed to give you more flexibility, helping both you and your clients stay focused and on track.

How to get started using it

First, go to the coaching feed of a non-week/session coaching program. To do that, simply navigate to Coaching -> Coaching Programs on your dashboard. And click on the Visit button on a non-week type program.

Inside the feed, click the three dots on a session. You can rename a session from here.

Edit the name and click the Save Changes button.

To add a sub-session, select the Add Sub-Session option. And then name your sub-session on the popup and add it.

Note that deleting a session will result in removing all the sub-sessions under it.

As for sub-sessions, you’ll have some interesting options. Simply click the three dots on a sub-session to see all the options.

Apart from renaming and deleting a sub-session, there are two other options.

1. Mark As Complete: Making a sub-session as complete will allow you to inform everyone in the coaching that it’s completed. You can mark it as incomplete again, if necessary.

Note that the completion percentage for a session depends on the marking of the sub-session.

2. Mark As Current: You can use this option to help clients keep track of the progress or the ongoing session/sub-session. With this, they’ll know exactly where they’re supposed to continue their sessions.

You can even add a whole new session. To do that, click the Add New Session button.

On the popup, define the number of sessions and the number of sub-sessions for each new session.

Notice that you can see the total sub-sessions including the previous existing ones. Click the Add Session button to add the new sessions and sub-sessions.
