Multiple Notification Schedule in Coaching

What is it and why you need it

EzyCourse allows you to add more than 7 types of lessons in your coaching program. With our latest update, you can now schedule multiple notifications for live lessons inside a coaching program simultaneously.

This helps you to send a series of reminder notifications to your clients before the live lesson starts. Ultimately, helping to keep your clients informed through their email and dashboard notifications based on the minutes before the live lesson starts.

Plan Limitation:

• Essential = 0

• Pro = 1 schedule per live lesson

• Unlimited = Unlimited multi-scheduling

• Elite = Unlimited multi-scheduling

How to get started using it

To set multiple scheduling for your live lesson, navigate to your coaching program feed and make sure that you’re on the Activities tab.

Click the Add Lesson button to add a new lesson first.

Set the notification schedule time in minutes. This defines how many minutes before the live lesson the notification should be sent to your clients.

Next, enter the subject of your email which will be sent to your client’s email. You can use {{time}} value to dynamically insert the time value you’ve set in the email subject.

Once done, click the Create Schedule button.

To set multiple schedules for same lesson, click the Add Schedule button. The rest of the procedure is the same as before. It is better to set the notification schedule times either in ascending or in descending order so that it creates a natural sequence.

If needed, you can update or cancel any scheduled notifications from the list.

Based on the scheduled notifications, your clients will now receive emails and notifications alerts on their dashboard. They can also join the live session through email notification.
