Assign Lessons and Items Individually in Group Coaching
What is it and why you need it
Group coaching program allows you to coach multiple persons at once. Previously, you could only assign lessons and items to all the active clients in your coaching program.
But now you can assign any lesson, or item individually to your group coaching clients. This allows you to delegate any personalized lessons, tasks, and exercises to individual clients.
How to get started using it
To begin, login to your EzyCourse dashboard, go to Coaching -> Coaching Programs -> click the Visit button on a coaching program.
Click the Add item button and make sure you’re on the Activities tab.
Choose any predefined task or exercise from the list. Notice that there are now two buttons, namely “Assign Item” and “Assign to All”.
As usual, the Assign to All button allows you to assign items to all the clients inside your group coaching program. To delegate any item to an individual client in your group coaching, click the Assign Item button.
Select the specific client to whom you want the item to be assigned and then click the Submit button. If you want, you can select multiple clients to assign items
As soon as you assign items to the individual clients, the activities feed will show to which specific client the item was assigned. Only you and the specific client can see the assigned items.
To add a lesson, click the Add Lesson button.
Select a lesson type from the list, fill in the required lesson fields, and then you can choose whether to ‘Assign Lesson individually’ or ‘Assign to All’. The rest of the procedure is same as before.
