Clone & Move Coaching Items

What is it & why you need it

You can now clone or move lessons, tasks, and exercises across different parts of your coaching program — whether it’s non-week, weekly, or continuous. This means anything added to one sub-session or date can easily be reused or shifted without needing to recreate it from scratch.

This saves you time and effort, and gives you the flexibility to easily restructure your coaching content as your program evolves.

How it works

You can use the new clone and move features inside any coaching program feed to transfer any lesson, task, and exercise. The only exception is the Live lessons. You cannot clone or move those.

Cloning lets you create a copy of an item and place it in another subsession or date. Moving helps you reorganize content completely by transferring it to another place — removing the item from its original location.

How to get started using it

First, go to the feed of any coaching program. You can do it from Coaching -> Coaching Programs -> and clicking the Visit button.

Inside the feed, you can clone or move any lesson, task, or exercise that you’ve already added in the feed. To clone an item, click the three dots and select the “Clone Exercise”, ”Clone Task”, or “Clone Lesson” option.

On the popup, you’ll see the full coaching program. Simply expand a session or week, and then select the sub-sessions or days. You can choose multiple subsessions simultaneously to clone the item into.

Click the action button to instantly transfer the item into all the selected sessions. After cloning, you’ll notice the item stays in the original location while also is transferred into the other places.

Similar to cloning, you can choose the “Move” option to remove the item from the original location and transfer it to other places simultaneously.

Note that you cannot move an item to multiple sub-sessions or days.
