Quiz Lesson Feedback
What problem it solves or why you need it
Quizzes and assignments are key lessons in taking assessments of your students. With EzyCourse, you can easily create these lessons and test the knowledge of your students.
We already have a way for you to send feedback to students once they submit their assignments. Now, you can do the same for quizzes, allowing you to send personalized feedback to any particular students based on their quiz submission.
This will help you to connect and engage with your students, while making them feel important. You could also use this feature as a way to motivate students with low scores, and empower them to continue with the course.
How it works
For any quiz lesson submitted, you can choose to send specific feedback messages to the student from your EzyCourse dashboard. Once you send the feedback, students will get the feedback on their mail address.
Also, students will have the option to choose whether to receive quiz feedback on their mail. They can make the choice from their student dashboard.
How to get started using it
To send a feedback for a quiz lesson submitted, log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and navigate to Courses -> Quiz Submissions. Here, you’ll see all the submissions for all the different quiz lessons throughout your platform.
Now, choose a quiz lesson, click the three dots, and select the View submissions option.
You’ll now see all the students who submitted this particular quiz lesson. To send a feedback, simply choose any student, click the three dots, and select the Send Feedback option.
On the pop-up, write your feedback message based on how the student did on the quiz lesson. You can motivate them or send a message of appreciation for their good score.
As soon as you click OK on the feedback, the system will automatically send an email to the student’s mail address.
Remember that the student must toggle on the particular Quiz Feedback option from the Settings menu on the student dashboard, in order to receive the feedback on their mail.
Students have the option to turn off the toggle button any time to stop receiving feedback on their mail.
