Webhook Invoke Trigger in Automation Workflow

What is it and why you need it

We’re excited to introduce the brand-new Webhook Invoke Trigger inside the EzyCourse Automation Workflow! The trigger is included under the Internal Automation Task Addon.

This allows your automation to fire instantly whenever a webhook is called from outside EzyCourse. That means your external apps or systems like Zapier, Pabbly, or 3rd-party platforms can now talk directly to your EzyCourse automation workflows — seamlessly.

How it works

When a user triggers a Webhook Action inside EzyCourse (for example, via automation or a custom process), it sends a POST request to a specified webhook URL.

The Webhook Invoke Trigger is set up inside EzyCourse to listen for these webhook actions invoked by users. When such an action happens, the trigger is fired.

Upon firing, the trigger captures any data passed along with the webhook action invocation.

After capturing the data, EzyCourse runs the subsequent automation actions, such as enrolling students, sending emails, adding tags, or other workflow steps.

The available webhook actions include:

• Remote user authentication

• Register student

• Register and enroll student

• Enroll product

• Subscription cycle completed

• Unenroll product

• Toggle lesson progress

• Add tag(s) to student

How to get started using it

Login to your EzyCourse dashboard, go to Marketing & Contacts -> Automation Workflows and click the Create Automation button.
