Order Status (Physical Products)

What is it & why you need it


With EzyCourse, you can create and sell physical products. Now, we are happy to make the complete selling process a lot smoother, where your users can track the shipping progress and set the order status.


With the order status feature, you can change the status of physical product orders directly from the admin dashboard. This feature simplifies the process of managing your orders, making it more efficient and user-friendly.


It will help to track the progress of all the sales of your physical products.This feature ensures your customers remain informed about their order status, thereby improving their overall experience.



How it works


You can manage the status of physical product orders through various stages with the help of our new feature:

  1. Processing: Once an order is placed, you can set its status to "Processing." This indicates that the order is being prepared.


  1. Shipped: After the product is dispatched to the customer, you can update the status to "Shipped." This informs the customer that their order is on the way.


  1. Ready for Pick-Up: When the order reaches the designated station or pickup point, you can change the status to "Ready for Pick-Up." This notifies the customer that their order is available for pickup.


  2. Picked Up: When the physical product is picked up by the customer, you can set the status to “Picked Up”.


  3. Delivered: You can use the “Delivered” status to remind yourself and the customer that they collected the product or you successfully delivered the product to their doorsteps.

Students will receive emails and notifications when you change the order status. And they can track the progress any time from their student dashboard.



How to get started using it


Getting started with this new feature is easy. Log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and navigate to Deals & Sales -> Orders. This is where you’ll find all the orders on your platform including physical products. 





You’ll notice the Delivery Status column. Locate the physical product order you wish to update, click the dropdown menu, and select the appropriate status for your physical product.





Students will be able to see the status from their dashboard on the Order History menu. 





They will receive emails when you set the order status to Shipped, Ready for Pick-Up, Picked Up, and Delivered.





They will also get updates about the order status through the web and app notifications.
