How to Disable Appointment Purchase 

Whether free or paid, you can restrict the access to any appointment for students. With the restrict option enabled, no one can book the appointment.

To restrict appointment booking, go to Products & Services -> Appointments -> click the three dots and select the Edit option.

Scroll down to find the access settings. Now, select the Restricted option and click the Update button to restrict any new appointment bookings.

You can also set this setting when creating a new appointment.

With the restricted option selected, users will not be able to purchase or make bookings for this appointment.
