How to Cancel an Appointment Booking

You can cancel the appointment of any user at any time. To cancel an appointment, go to Products & Services → Appointments → click the three dots and select the View Appointments option.  

Here, you’ll see all the bookings made for this appointment. Locate the booking you want to delete and click the Cancel button. And then the Cancel Booking button again on the confirmation popup.
