How to Delete a Group Chat on EzyCourse
You can delete a group chat from the EzyCourse platform. But, it has to be before any student joins/purchases the group. Because you cannot delete a group where users have enrolled at least once.
[Expert Advice: Always keep your group chat on draft until you’re absolutely sure that you want to publish it.]
Anyway, to delete a group chat, go to Products & Services -> Group chats -> click the three dots and select Delete. And then click Delete again on the confirmation popup.
