How to Manually Enroll Students into Courses/Products
You have the convenience of enrolling students into a course or other products on your platform. The first step to manual enrollment is creating a new student on your platform. To do that, head over to your EzyCourse dashboard and go to Users -> Students -> and click the Add student button on the top right corner of your screen.
On the popup form, provide the name, email, and password for the new student. And then, click the Create button to complete adding a new student on your platform.
[Note: Students will be able to edit their info from the student dashboard.]
Enroll an Existing Student to a Course/Product
You can enroll an existing student to any course on your platform. To do that, go to Users -> Students. Here, you’ll find the list of all the existing students on your platform. For manual enrollment, choose a student, click the three dots, and select the Enrollments option.
Here, you’ll be able to see all the course/product enrollments of the student. To give a product-access to the student from here, simply move to the desired product tab and click the Add Enrollment button.
On the popup, select the specific course/product and the price. Then click the Create button to complete student enrollment.
This will enroll the student into the course/product and they’ll have access now.
