How to Cancel Product Access of a Student
You can cancel the enrollment of a student to any of the products they’ve bought on your platform. In other words, you can take away the access to any product from a student.
To do that, head over to your dashboard and navigate to Users -> Students -> click the three dots on a specific student and select the Enrollments option.
Here, you’ll see all the products they have access to. Select the type of product from the top tabs, click the three dots on the specific product, and select the Cancel Enrollment option. And then click OK on the confirmation popup.
