How to Send Reminders for Booked Appointments

EzyCourse lets you send reminders to users who have booked an appointment. You can send reminders 30 minutes before the start of the appointment.

To set a reminder for an appointment, go to Products & Services -> Appointments -> click the three dots and select the Edit option.

Now, scroll down to find the reminder option and tick the checkbox. Click the Update button to apply the reminder and send an email to booked users 30 minutes before the appointment starts.
