New Sale Webhook Event: Order ID, Order Bump, & Bonus Item Added
Your admin dashboard contains webhook events that you can use to transfer data from and to any other platform.
The new update adds more fields in the “New Sale” event. These are Order ID, Order Bump, and Bonus Item. This will help send more complete sales data to any external platform. Following data are contained inside each field:
• Order ID — the unique ID of the customer’s order helping you to identify orders more easily.
• Order Bump — each order bump purchase includes the order bump name, price, product name, and product type.
• Bonus Item — each purchase of a bonus item includes the bonus item name, product name, and product type.
How to get started using it
To begin, log in to your EzyCourse admin dashboard and navigate to Site Settings -> Webhook (Data-out).
Scroll down to find the “New Sale” event. When you’re setting up a webhook, make sure you enable the event from here.
Under the sample return body, you’ll see the three newly added parameters and a description of what data each one will send.
