What is it & why you need it

The Remove/Unenroll from a Product action lets you automatically remove a student from a course or any other product through your automation workflows.

Instead of manually finding and unenrolling students, you can add this action to a workflow and let the system handle it automatically when specific conditions are met.

This helps you automate access management, keep product enrolments up to date, and reduce the manual work involved in managing students.

How to get started using it

Go to your admin dashboard and navigate to Marketing & Contacts -> Automation Workflows. Create a new automation or you can edit an existing one.

Inside the workflow builder, select “Remove/Unenroll from a Product” as an action in any step.

Select the product type, then choose the specific product you want to remove or unenroll the student from. The action will apply to the student who matches the conditions or trigger set in the previous workflow step.

Ensure you save the automation to keep the changes.
