How to Customize a Form on EzyCourse
You can create forms, customize them, and then use them in Survey lessons or on any page of your site. To see the magic of form customization, go to Marketing & Contacts -> Forms & Contacts -> and click the Add new form button on the top right corner of your screen.
You can choose to receive an email when someone submits the form, and force double opt-in which will require the user to verify the submission from their email. Moreover, you can also choose the option to send responses to a third party email service using Webhook and import responses using Pabbly.
There are various field types you can add to your forms such as Text, Number, Date, Text Area, etc. To add a field, give the field name, select the type, and click the Add field button. You can also give validation for the fields.
You also have the luxury of ordering the layout from the Layout section. Click the Save form button to finish creating the form.
You can later edit the form from Marketing & Contacts -> Forms & Contacts -> click the three dots on the form and select the Edit option.
