Import Form Responses

How to Import Form Responses


You can import responses for a form using a CSV file. To import the response file, go to Marketing & Contacts -> Forms & Contacts -> click the three dots on a form and select the Import contacts option.

Now, choose the CSV file which contains the responses to the form.

Once you’ve selected the CSV file, you’ll have to assign each CSV column to the correct field using the dropdown option. Then click the Upload button to complete the import of all the responses.





Convert Google Sheet to CSV


Using the Google Sheet is the easiest way to capture form responses, turn the file into a CSV, and import on your platform.


On the Sheet, capture the responses with each row representing one user response. And each column represents a field on the form. 


To demonstrate, consider the following form with fields Email, Name, Age, and Enrolled Course





Then the responses on the Google Sheet against this form should look like the following with the first row containing the field names.





To convert and download the file as a CSV, go to File -> Download -> Comma Separated Values (.csv).





Now, you can import the file on your EzyCourse dashboard.
