How to use a form in Survey Lesson
You can use a form to take student feedback inside a lesson of your course. Simply create a survey lesson and use the desired form.
To add a form in survey lessons, first navigate to Courses -> All courses -> and click the Edit button on a course.
Now, on the Curriculum tab, select a chapter and click the Create New Lesson button.
From the lesson types, select the SURVEY lesson card.
Now, you can select the form you want from the dropdown menu option. And after creating the lesson, it’ll be available on the course you’ve added.
Students can see the form when going through the lessons of the course and entering the Survey Lesson you added.
You can view the responses or student feedback from Student submissions -> Survey.
