Community Channel Description
What is it and why you need it
EzyCourse Community feature allows you to offer a nice and sleek Facebook-like community feed to your users.
And to make it better, we have brought a small yet noticeable update inside the community channel. You can now add a short description about your community channel. This lets your users have an idea and purpose of your community channel.
How to get started using it
At first, go to Products & Services -> Communities and click the View button on any of your communities.
You can either add the channel description while creating a new channel, or you can create it by editing the existing one.
Let’s see how you can add a description for an existing channel. To do that, shift your focus to the left side of the screen on the Channels section -> click the ellipsis icon and then select the Edit button.
On the popup modal, you can notice the “Description” writing field. Write the channel description here and then click the Edit button.
Once done, you can see that the added description is visible on the community channel feed.
