Set the Duration of Your Appointments
You can set how long your appointment will be available for booking. In addition, you can also choose the actual duration time of the appointment.
To set the duration of availability of appointments (in terms of days), go to Products & Services -> Appointments. You can set it when creating a new appointment. For an existing one, click the three dots and select the Edit option.
You can allow bookings from invitees indefinitely into the future. Meaning, the appointment will be available for booking indefinitely. On the other hand, you also have the option to specify the specific number of days for accepting appointment bookings.
Furthermore, you have the luxury of defining how long the appointment will last. You can select the minutes from 5 to 120. That means your appointments cannot be shorter than 5 minutes or longer than 2 hours.
