Save Partial Advanced Forms Submissions
What is it and why you need it
Previously, when users started filling out your Advanced Form but left it midway, you couldn’t retrieve their unfinished response data.
Now, the Partial Submission feature automatically captures and stores the data entered by users who abandon a form midway.
This allows you to recover potential leads, follow up with users who dropped off, and gain insight into where and why users are abandoning your forms.
Important notes:
For a partial response to be recorded, all required fields must be filled in first. Optional fields left blank will not block the submission from being captured.
If a user submits a partially completed form, their response at that point is considered as final submission.
How to Get Started Using Partial Submissions
Log in to your EzyCourse dashboard -> navigate to Marketing & Contacts → Advanced Forms & Contacts and click the Edit button on a form.

Inside the form editor, click the Settings button in the top-right corner, then select the Partial Submissions option.

A popup will appear with a toggle. Turn the toggle on to enable Partial Submission, or off to disable it.
[Note: Partial Submission is enabled by default on all Advanced Forms.]

Click the Update and Publish button to save the changes made.

Now, any user who leaves the form before fully submitting or halfway through will have their entered responses automatically recorded as Partial Submission in your form responses.

To view partial submissions, click the View Responses button on the form.
