Redirect Advanced Form Users

What is it and why you need it


We've introduced Redirect Settings for Advanced Forms so that you can guide users to the next step immediately after they submit a form.


Users can be redirected to any internal pages within your platform/external URLs outside your site. You can redirect them based on behavior, such as once they submit the form or after submission feedback is shown. 


This gives you complete freedom to map the post form submission journey that matches your workflow.



How to get started using it


Log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and go to Marketing & Contacts -> Advanced Forms & Contacts  -> click Edit on an existing form, or you can create a new one from here.

Click the Settings button at the top right corner and then select the Redirect Settings option.

On the popup modal, you can find two options: Redirect URL to which the user will be redirected. Redirect timing to select the specific situation when the user will be redirected.

Paste the redirect URL and choose whether users are to be redirected immediately after submission or after feedback confirmation. Once done, hit the Save button.

Click Update and Publish to apply the changes in your advanced form.

If you’ve enabled the ‘After feedback’ option, clicking OK on the feedback modal will redirect users to the destination URL.
