Modern One-to-One Coaching
What is it and why you need it
Introducing One-to-One Coaching! A fresh new coaching style brought for creators and coaches to offer a personal coaching and mentoring system.
You can now guide students one-to-one, manage paid sessions, track progress, and keep every interaction and task organized using threads.
This helps to monetize your time and deliver premium support, giving students a focused, private, and professional coaching journey.
How it works
The majority of One-to-One Coaching settings are connected to your existing appointments feature. Therefore, schedules, availability, and session rules are automatically applied.
As an admin, you decide how many free session credits a student receives when purchasing the coaching program. With these credits, they can book sessions without extra payment. You can also enable additional session booking to allow students purchase more sessions at the cost of the appointment price.
Inside the one-to-one coaching feed, both admins and students can communicate through threads. You can share messages, files, media, instant recorded audio messages, rich content, assign coaching tasks, and add forms (normal and advanced) for students to complete.
Students can book sessions through the session booking modal. Upon booking, credits are automatically deducted. All upcoming and past sessions appear in the ‘Live Session’ tab, where users can view details and join directly.
You can also assign extra free credits for each student directly from the coaching feed. Note that you need to select the specific user for whom you want to assign credits.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled before the cutoff time set. When canceled, session credits are refunded. However, you need to refund the payments manually for the additional purchases made using checkout.
To keep everything easy to manage, thread filters and search options help both you and your students quickly find important conversations and shared content.
How to get started using it
Start by selecting the One-to-One Coaching type when you create a new coaching program.

Once selected, the option to enable meetings becomes available; the rest of the coaching types stay hidden. Now, turn on the Enable Booking toggle.

Set how many free slots (credits) each student receives when purchasing the coaching program. These credits are used for booking appointment sessions.

Set the Free Slots Renewal Cycle to determine how frequently your students will receive the allocated free slots. For example, if you set 10 free slots upon coaching purchase and set the slot renewal cycle as weekly, then students will get 10 free slots every week until their enrollment stays active.
[Note: Picking the one-time option will block students from getting free allocated slots every week/month/year.]

Select an existing appointment for this coaching. Note that all related settings, such as pricing, duration, availability, and time slots are automatically applied to the coaching meeting.

You can also enable the ‘Allow Additional Sessions' option to allow students to purchase extra sessions beyond their allocated free slots.
Once you have configured all other settings, click the Create button.

You can make your one-to-one coaching premium by adding a price.

Now, when you tap inside the coaching feed, the first enrolled user is selected by default.
[Note: If no users are enrolled, all actions remain disabled until further enrollment happens.]

Inside the coaching feed, you can start conversations using ‘Threads’. You can add multiple threads one by one, which include rich text, documents, voice notes, audio chats, video messages, files, or images.
Once done, hit the Send button.

Students can also add threads, view, and download attached files from the admin thread. Note that students can’t add forms or tasks inside threads.

Date filters and search options are also included to quickly search and find specific threads.

Both you and the student can reply to any threads back-to-back. Simply click the Reply button below any thread.



Threads can be viewed in detail, renamed, edited, pinned, or unpinned.

When a thread is pinned, clicking it instantly jumps to that specific conversation, making it easy to revisit important messages.

Assign Tasks easily with trackers included for each student directly inside a thread.

Simply select a predefined task from your coaching library, or you can even create a new one from here. Once done, click the Assign Task button.

Student can complete and submit the task and then you can view it afterwards.


In addition, you can add both normal and advanced forms as well. Advanced forms require the Advanced Form Addon to be active.

Student can fill out and submit forms directly inside the coaching thread.

Once submitted, you can view responses by going to the Coaching -> Library -> Forms. The Forms tab will only get active when you’ve purchased the Advanced Form Addon.

The ‘Forms’ section is divided into two separate tabs, one for Normal Forms and another for Advanced Forms.

You can find all your drafted and published forms here (advanced + normal). If you want, you can edit or delete your forms as well.
[Note: Deleted forms won’t appear when assigning forms inside the coaching feed.]

Clicking ‘Responses’ will only show the ones recorded inside the one-to-one coaching program thread.

For session booking, students need to go to the Live Sessions tab and then click the Book a session button.

On the session booking popup modal, they can see how many free sessions they have. Select the appointment slots and then click the Confirm Booking button.


Depending on the booked sessions, credits are automatically deducted from their balance.

If needed, you can also assign extra credits for each student. Simply click the Assign Credits button at the top.

Enter the number of free credits you want to assign (minimum 1, maximum 1000) and then click the Assign Credits button.

To book additional slots, students must pay extra amount based on the appointment pricing.
[Note: If appointment pricing isn’t set, additional charges won’t apply.]

All booked Upcoming and Past sessions appear in the ‘Live Session’ tab. Both you and the student can view session details and join directly from the list.


Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled before the defined cutoff time.

If canceled within the cutoff window, students receive their session credit back.
[Note: Payment refund requires the admin to handle manually in case of additional sessions purchased through checkout.]

The Shared Files panel shows all the files that were shared by you and your student in one place.
