What is it and why you need it

We are actively working on making the EzyCourse Coaching Program better and effective for you. Now you can give important feedback on your client submissions and let them know about what worked well and what could be improved.

This feature update makes your coaching program even better and more interactive for your clients. Allowing your clients to get feedback notifications through their email instantly.

How to get started using it

To begin, click the Visit button on any of your coaching programs and select the Submission option for any task/exercise on the feed.

Now, click the Give Feedback button on the submission.

Fill in the feedback field and then click the Submit Feedback button.

And if you want, you can update or delete the submission feedback.

As soon as you submit the feedback, your clients will get notification through their email instantly.

[Note: Updating the feedback won’t send any email notifications to the clients unless you delete it and send a new one again.]
