CertificateSearch Widget
You can use the CertificateSearch widget on the EzyCourse builder to allow anyone to verify the certificates that were issued from your school/website. This widget lets anyone instantly search and verify the certificates of a student on your platform.
To use the widget, first go to the website builder from your EzyCourse dashboard. Either create a new page or edit an existing one from Website builder -> All site pages.
After entering the builder, click the Add new section button.
On the popup, click ’Create section from scratch’ and then select the layout you want.
Now, drag and drop the Div widget from the left sidebar on the empty section. This is because of the default layout system used in our builder.
Select Widgets tab again on the left sidebar and now, drag and drop the CertificateSearch widget into the empty section.
Save the changes on the builder. And now, you’ll see the certificate verification search bar on your page. Anyone can search certificates with the certificate ID which is issued automatically by the system when a certificate is issued.
To search by ID, any visitor can simply put the ID on the empty field and click the Search button.
To download the certificate, click the Download button just below the certificate.
It is also possible to search by the student email (which was used to enroll to your course/platform). When someone searches with the student email, they will be able to see all the certificates achieved by that particular student from completing different courses on your platform.
