We are pleased to announce an exciting new feature that simplifies the Affiliate Sign-Up process. Now, you just need to create an affiliate sign up page and all of your affiliate users can get registered by themselves! 

What is it & Why You Need It

With the new Affiliate Sign-Up feature, admins no longer have to manually add affiliates one by one. Instead, admins can create a web page that includes an Affiliate Sign-Up Widget, allowing prospective affiliates to sign up through the page. This not only saves valuable time for admins but also makes it easier for affiliates to join, helping you grow your affiliate network faster and more efficiently.

How it Works

Admin Setup

The admin can now easily set up an affiliate sign-up page using the Affiliate Sign-Up Widget. Admin can provide default affiliate commission and build a signup page from EzyCourse Web Builder. The page link can then be shared with potential affiliates, or it can be integrated into your website as a call-to-action button. Admins can still monitor and manage affiliate accounts from the dashboard, allowing them to review or approve sign-ups if necessary.

Affiliate Sign-Up

When a user clicks the affiliate sign-up link, they will be directed to a page where they can fill out the required details. Once they submit the form, their affiliate account will be automatically created, and they will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. 

How to Get Started Using It

For Admins

1. Log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and navigate to Deals & Sales > Affiliate Default Settings section. Here you can input the default commission values for your affiliates.

   
   [Note: This default setting will only be applicable for future affiliate signups. To change the commission for existing affiliate users, you need to manually edit from Deals & Sales > Affiliate Users.
   
   

   

   
   

2. Now, go to Website Builder > Pages section.
   
   

   

   
   

3. Generate your affiliate sign-up page using the Affiliate Sign-Up Widget.

   
   

   

   
   

4. Share the page link with potential affiliates or add it to your website as a call to action button for anyone interested in joining your affiliate program.
   
   

5. You can see the details of your affiliate users and change individual commission value or enable multilevel affiliation by heading over to Deals & Sales > Affiliate Users.
   
   

   

   
   
   
   

For Affiliates

1. Visit the affiliate sign-up page provided by the admin.

   
   

2. Fill out the required information and submit click Signup.
   
   

   

   
   
   

3. Upon successful signup, you will be registered as an affiliate user.
   
   

With this new feature, the affiliate sign-up process is now more efficient and user-friendly, ensuring that both admins and affiliates can focus on growing the program rather than on manual tasks.
