User Removal from Active Automation Workflow

What is it and why you need it

EzyCourse lets you set up powerful automation workflows that react to your users’ behavior. Previously, you didn't have the option to remove any user from an active automation workflow. That is, you were unable to intervene manually once the flow is active.

With this new feature update, you can easily stop any user from receiving further automation actions, even when it is active. This ensures your workflow stays relevant, avoids sending repeated reminders, and helps maintain a more personalized and professional user experience.

How to get started using it

To begin, navigate to your EzyCourse dashboard, go to Marketing & Contacts -> Automation Workflows -> Click the View Automation button on an active automation workflow.

Note that you can access this setting only when the Wait Steps action is added to the workflow.

Click the user field on the ‘Wait Steps’ action to see the total users who have been captured using the abandoned checkout trigger.

On the ‘Users List’ popup, you can now find a new option named Stop Automation. Clicking on it will remove the specific user from the workflow.

[Note: Once the wait steps action is executed, the user can no longer be removed.]

So, that’s how easily you can manually remove a user from any active automation workflow with the ‘Wait Steps’ action included.
