Sub Categories for Products and Courses
What is it and why you need it
You can now create sub-categories for courses, digital, and physical products. This allows you to organize all your courses and products into structured sub-groups that make it easier to browse and manage.
Sub-categories help your users find exactly what they’re looking for faster. An organized storefront improves product discovery and increases conversions because customers don’t get lost in crowded categories.
How to get started using it
For creating sub-categories for courses, navigate to Courses - Categories -> click the three dots icon on an existing category, and then click the Add Sub Category option.

On the popup, enter the Sub Category Name, Image (optional), and then click the Create button.

Clicking the View Sub Category allows you to view all the sub-categories of your main category.

If you want, you can create a new sub category and edit or delete any existing sub category as well.

To add courses inside the sub category click the Add Courses button.

Select courses from the dropdown and then click the Update Courses button. You can also remove courses using the dropdown.

For creating digital & physical product sub categories, you can follow the same procedure as for courses.

To add your products inside a category, go to Products & Services -> Digital Products -> click three dots and then click on Edit.

In the category field, choose a category that has sub categories created under it. Once you select the category, notice the new Sub Category field, where you can select sub category for your product.

When done, click the Update button. You can also add sub category while creating new products and courses.
