New Email Campaign Target: Respondents of All Forms
What is it and why you need it
We’ve added a new target audience for your email campaigns, labeled as Respondents of all forms. With this update, you can now send your campaigns targeting all the respondents who have submitted any form on your platform.
This campaign will help to target individuals who’ve interacted with your forms, and you can use it to send general offers, discounts, membership upgrade offer, etc.
How to get started using it
From your Admin Dashboard, head to Marketing & Contacts → Campaigns → Start New Campaign.

Give your campaign a title and subject. When choosing your campaign target, you’ll now see Respondents of all forms as an option.

Select the option and click the Apply button. As soon as you click it, you can see the total recipients who will receive the campaign.

Create your email content using the Classic Editor or choose one from the Prebuilt Templates. Choose to schedule your campaign later or publish it right away.
Once you’re all done, click the Start Campaign button and the system will do the rest.
