EzyCourse User Specific Coupon
What is it and why you need it
Newest addition to our coupons feature — introducing User-Specific Coupon. A brand-new way to personalize your offers and give exclusive discounts to individual students.
With this feature, you can now create a coupon code that is assigned to a specific student. And only that specific student can use it at checkout.
No more worrying about codes being shared or misused — you have full control over who gets the offer. You can run highly targeted promotions, maintain exclusivity, and protect your discounts from being used by unintended audiences.
[Note: In this initial release, this feature is supported only for the Stripe payment gateway. Support for other payment gateways will be added soon.]
How to get started using it
To create user specific coupons, navigate to Deals & Sales -> Coupons and then click the Add New button.
Once you’ve reached the create coupon page, select the product on which you are making the coupon applicable.
Enter your coupon name, code, discount type, quantity, and fill in other required fields.
Notice a new field has been added labeled ‘User’. Click on it and then search for the user to whom you want the coupon to be assigned. Once done, click the Create button.
In the screenshot below, you can see the name of the user to whom you’ve assigned the coupon. Only this user can apply the coupon code at checkout.
