Drip Feed Coaching Sessions
What is it & why you need it
As a coach, you can offer session based coaching programs. In such programs, sessions contain a specific number of sub-sessions as you pre-define during creating the program.
Previously, your clients could complete sub-sessions at their own pace as everything was accessible immediately as soon as enrollment. Now, you can set up drip feed settings for your session based coaching programs.
With this addition, you can choose whether to give immediate access after enrollment or drip feed the sub-sessions. Drip feed ensures clients progress step-by-step instead of rushing through all materials. Besides, learners stay more engaged when content arrives progressively.
How it works
Session based coaching programs have sessions, with each session divided into a pre-defined number of sub-sessions. Using drip feed, you can set the exact number of days, for each sub-sessions, after enrollment that the sub-session will be accessible.
For example, you set 3 days for a sub-session. That means, the sub-session will be accessible 3 days after enrollment into the coaching program. In other words, it will remain locked for the clients for 3 days after they get enrolled into the program.
If you do not set the days for any sub-session then those will remain accessible immediately.
How to get started using it
Drip feed settings will be available on a separate tab after you create a new coaching program. Or, you can simply go to edit an existing session based program. You can edit existing programs from Coaching → Coaching Programs.

The Immediate drip feed option is the default system. This makes all the sub-sessions available immediately after a client gets enrolled into the program.

Selecting Enrollment Based option will give you the freedom to set up days for each sub-session.

You can define the exact days after enrollment that a particular sub-session should become accessible.
[Note: First sub-session of the coaching program will always be unlocked immediately after enrollment.]

Remember to save your changes. Simply click the Save Changes button on the top right corner.

Clients will see the exact date the drip feed sub-session will become available. Before that, they cannot view anything inside those sub-sessions.
