All Products Widget (Version 2)
What is it & why you need it
With EzyCourse builder, you could easily show all your products on a single page of your website by simply using the “AllProducts” widget. It’s easy to use and effective to showcase all your products in one single place.
Now, we are bringing in version 2 of the AllProducts widget, allowing you to control more options, customizations, and give a more visually appealing design to attract your users. In addition, you can even use a pre-built template, all ready for you to showcase all your products.
It will also help to make your all-products page more user-interactive because of product filtering options.
How it works
You can use the “AllProductsV2” widget from your website builder to try the new design. You will also find a pre-built template to quickly build the whole page in no time. Utilizing our template is the easiest way to set up the version 2 of the all-products page.
In the case of the widget, existing users will need to build from scratch to change the previous design and set up the new one. Any new user will find the “AllProductsV2” already set up by default in the All products default page.
Both new and existing users will have the option to change and use any design they wish. The “AllProductsV2” widget will provide several new customization options such as, filters, ratings, language, video duration, etc.
[Note: There will be two widgets still available for you in the builder. “AllProducts” is the previous design and “AllProductsV2” is our new widget.]
Students will see a more visually appealing design. In addition, they can use different filters to search for specific courses or products.
How to get started using it
To start, log in to your EzyCourse dashboard and go to Website Builder -> Pages. Here, you’ll find all your pages including the default ones.
Look for the default All products page and click the Build button to open the builder.
[Note: “All products” page is our default page for showing all your products. It is added to the primary menu of your website by default. If you are using a page other than the default “All products” page, then ensure you add the page on a menu so that it is accessible from your website. You can do it from Website Builder -> Menus.]
There are two ways you can implement the new design. You can use the pre-built template to quickly set up the new design. To do that, click the Add new section button and then select the Templates tab. Here, you’ll find the “All Products Version 2” template. Insert it by selecting the Replace template option.
The other way to set it up is the AllProductsV2 widget. In the case of the widget, you have to first remove the AllProducts widget. To do that, simply hover over the widget and click the delete icon and then OK on the confirmation popup.
[Note: Ensure you hover over the outermost part of the section i.e. black border.]
Now, add a new section.
On the new section, drag and drop the AllProductsV2 widget.
As soon as you drop the widget, you’ll find all the customization options on the left sidebar. Scroll down a little to control which info you want to show on the product cards.
Show enrolled: Shows the number of enrolled students.
Show pricing: Shows the pricing of the products.
Show button: Shows the enrollment button on the cards.
You can also control everything related to the filtering options. Depending on the product, you can let students filter products by category, price, level, video duration, language, and rating.
