How to Remove Private Chat Access

You can remove the private chat access from any student at any time. To do that, go to Products & Services -> Private Chat.

Now, remove access from any student by clicking the three dots and selecting the Delete option. And then Delete again on the confirmation popup.

[Note: Deleting students from private chat members list will also stop them from chatting privately with anybody inside the communities.]

Remove Teacher Access

To remove the private access from a teacher, go to Users -> Teachers. Click the three dots and select the Edit option.

Now, uncheck the “Allow teacher to chat with students” checkbox and click the Update button to apply the changes and restrict the teacher’s access to private chats.
