How to Accept/Cancel Purchase Requests
On EzyCourse, you can set certain products as private which prevents users from buying the product directly. Rather they request to buy the product. If you accept then they’ll have access to the product. For example, private course, private community, private group chat.
To accept or reject the requests, you need to navigate to Deals & Sales -> Purchase Requests. Here, you’ll see all the requests.
Click the three dots on a request and select the Enroll option to accept the order request of the user. Or, select the Delete option to cancel the purchase order.
