How to Set up White-label Email Delivery Service (SES) on EzyCourse
The advanced email campaign uses Amazon SES, therefore you must setup the email white-label with AWS SES to configure the white-label email delivery. In this article, we’ll show how to set up the SES email delivery service on your platform., so that you have less spams and bounce issues, better deliverability, and greater reliability for your email campaigns.
Navigate to Marketing & Contacts -> White Label Settings. Here, you’ll see the email white label service (SES) settings.

Enter your custom Domain, Sender name (display name recipients see in their inbox), Sender email (must match the verified domain), Reply email (where recipients’ replies are received), and Mail From Prefix (helps identify the direct incoming mail to specific inboxes).
Click the Save button and notice that the DNS values are automatically generated in the table format.

To verify the domain, you must add all the generated DNS records provided in the setup table (CNAME, TXT, and MX) to your domain provider’s DNS settings. For example, if you’re using a provider like Namecheap, you can follow the video attached below 👇
‘Learn More’ : How to add DNS records on Hostinger | GoDaddy
Once you create the records, you’ll see a Verify button on top of the records table. Click on it to verify all the records you’ve added. If everything checks out right, the domain status will show green Verified text.
This confirms your email delivery is authenticated and ready to operate with AWS SES. No further setup is required unless you decide to change your sending domain in the future.

[Note: DNS changes might take some time to propagate across the internet. It could take a few hours to up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect.]
