Import B2B Members
What is it and why you need it
EzyCourse ensures a smooth B2B experience from user management to member enrollments and even course certificates. Now, your B2B users can bulk import members and easily enroll them to their courses simultaneously.
With this feature, B2B users or the organization managers can quickly onboard new members to internal courses. This will reduce friction and avoid manual entry mistakes, ultimately eliminating manager workload and simplifying the onboarding process.
How it works
Any B2B user on your platform can import and enroll members to their organization courses using a CSV file. In addition, you can also use the import feature from the admin dashboard.
Managers can import the same number of members as the import limit available, all in one go. This is of course considering that they have the necessary seats available. What this entails is -
• The total number of students that can be imported depends on the import limit available and having the required seats available.
• If an organization's total number of available seats is less than the import limit available, then they can only import as per the number of available seats.
[Note: Import limit depends on the EzyCourse plan you are on.]
How to get started using it
As an admin, you can also import members for any organization. To do that, navigate to Users -> B2B Users.

Click the three dots on any user and select the View Details option.

Now, click the three dots on a course and select the View Details option.

Here, you’ll find the Import students button. Click the button and then simply upload your CSV file to successfully enroll members into the course.

B2B users or organization managers can import from their dashboard. From the Organization Orders menu, they can click the three dots on the course and select the View Details option.

From here, they can click the Import students button and choose the CSV file on the popup.

After selecting the file, they can choose to send credentials to the students’ email address. Clicking Import will start the importing process.

After it ends, they will be able to see the total number successfully imported.

Columns Required for CSV File
There are only 3 required columns you need to have in your CSV file and one optional column. These are respectively first_name
, last_name
, email
, and course_expiration_date
. The last one is optional.
You can use Google sheet to organize the file and then download it as a CSV type file.

Go to File -> Download -> Comma Separated Values (.csv).

With the file saved as CSV, you can import it to enroll new team members in an organization.
