How to Create & Use Tags in Email Campaigns
You can create tags, assign them to students, and then launch campaigns that are specifically relevant to the tagged students. That simply means a better chance of personalization to truly grab the attention of your students.
To begin, go to your dashboard and navigate to Marketing & Contacts -> Tags. Here, you’ll see all the tags you’ve created and can create a new one by clicking the Add Tag button at the top right corner of your screen.
On the popup, give a name and create the tag.
Click the View Tagged Students button to view all the students assigned to any particular tag.
To assign the tags to specific students, go to Users -> Students -> and click the Add icon (+) on the Tags column.
From the dropdown, select a tag to successfully assign the tag.
After you’ve created and assigned tags to students, you can now launch campaigns from Marketing & Contacts -> Email Campaigns, targeting the students with specific tags.
