Course List Widget

The Course List Widget is a pre-built widget within the builder 2.0 that you can use to quickly display your courses on any page. It lets you showcase specific courses or all your courses, and offers various settings to quickly set up a page with a course list.

This article will guide how you can use the widget and set different options available with it to display your courses on a page.

To begin, create a new blank section. You can create one by clicking the ADD SECTION button.

Click the Widgets tab on the left sidebar. Now, drag and drop the Course List widget into the empty section.

[Note: You must add widgets to a blank section.]

Layout Settings

Right-click on the widget to open the editing panel on the right side of your screen. From there, you can choose the card layout whether to show details, in list view, etc. You can also select to show only single or bundle courses specifically, apart from showing all the courses.

You can go more specific and filter the courses even more, and only show courses in specific categories. Furthermore, you can select the exact courses you want to show.

There’s also options to order or sort the courses and choose how many you want to show on a single page.

Card Settings & Style

The “general” tab will let you customize the course cards and how they appear on your website. You can change the background color of the cards and define the color of the course title.

Decide whether to show or hide the author of the course and also choose the color of the text. Same options are available for the “enrolled students” text.

As for descriptions, you can customize those as well. The “Meta” option is for showing details such as course duration, difficulty level, number of lectures, etc. And the “Description” option is the description of the course you add during course creation.

You can show or hide the price on the course cards. There’s also an option to show or hide the regular or strikethrough price. After these, you’ll see options to set the colors for both the selling price and the strikethrough price.

From the Styles tab, you can set the padding around the widget so that there's a gap between top and bottom sections. As with all elements and widgets, you can style the borders from this tab in addition to other advanced customizations in Box shadow and Transform.

Add animation to the widget from the Advanced tab.

To change the button text, go to the Content tab. You can change the text for all the different languages you’ve enabled on your site.
